The production department of OMB srl is equipped with 13 computerized presses of medium and large size, from 80 to 1000 tons with the possibility of printing parts up to about 4 kilos in weight, dedicated to thermoplastic molding. We have invested in the purchase of presses enslaved with robots, capable of ensuring maximum precision and repeatability of all stages of injection molding.

We are aware that the market in which we operate is constantly evolving and requires the execution of technologically more and more precise products, requiring compliance with very small measurement tolerances.

We love simplicity and concreteness, which is why we believe that the development process and the creation of the mold must also be guided by these principles, with the dual purpose of optimizing both the financial and production costs.

We carefully select our partners so that our molds are made using the most innovative production techniques, using cutting-edge technologies and machinery to always maintain the highest quality standards.

We pay a lot of attention to the development of commissioned products, from the design of the article to the structural analysis, in a process capable of optimizing production costs. Our qualified operators strive daily to provide effective solutions and meet customer needs.

We use CAD_CAM and MOLDFLOW systems to study the filling phases and maximize their efficiency.

We are able to perform post-molding ancillary services, such as threading, drilling or other individual solutions according to the customer’s needs.

OMB SRL in its production makes use of an assembly line with mounting of printed matter, where it is possible to carry out any additional processing such as the insertion of screws and / or inserts. This phase is designed by our technicians and is constantly monitored.
